We make preparation easy. Participants receive access to our wardrobe guidelines and preparation checklist, along with information on what to expect and helpful reminders before their Headshot Day.
How much does a Headshot Day cost?
Every Headshot Day is different. After a Discovery Call to understand your requirements, we’ll prepare a customized proposal based on your organization’s specific needs
How many people can you photograph during a Headshot Day?
We’ve photographed 20 to 200 people in a single day. The right approach depends on your team size, schedule, and requirements, which we’ll discuss during your Discovery Call.
Can you match our existing headshots or brand guidelines?
Yes. We can work with your existing photography guidelines or established headshot style to help maintain consistency across your organization.
What if some people aren’t comfortable in front of the camera?
That’s where experienced headshot photographers make a difference. Our photographers guide each person individually and help them feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera.

How do participants choose their final headshot?
Participants select their favourite image during their session, with guidance from their photographer. This is built into their allotted session time, eliminating the need for additional selection and correspondence after the Headshot Day.
